Fairs, Festivals and a Festive Open Studio – Autumn ’26

CRAFT FESTIVAL WALES
CARDIGAN CASTLE
11th, 12th and 13th September 2026

Over the next few months I’m delighted to be taking part in a few events around the country. The first is at the beautiful Cardigan Castle on 11th, 12th and 13th September at the Craft Festival Wales, where I will be exhibiting my work alongside 100 other makers. It's a lovely little town and the festival has a great atmosphere with lots to see and do… take a look at their instagram @craftfestival and if you’re over that side of the country please do come and say hello. You’ll find me on Stand 86 in the Pavilion Marquee.

FARNHAM FESTIVAL OF CRAFTS
FARNHAM MALTINGS
10th and 11th October 2026

October sees the 30th anniversary of Farnham’s Festival of Crafts and they are holding a celebration fair in the Farnham Maltings. Part of Farnham Craft Month, the annual two-day event features a selection of handmade crafts across all media, including homewares, jewellery, ceramics, stationery, accessories, furniture, textiles and print. Farnham is actually where I did my Fine Art Degree so it holds many fond memories and I'm thrilled to be back there with my work. The Festival runs on the weekend of 10th and 11th October… again lots of updates and information is available on Insta @FarnhamMaltingsCraft

THE HARLEY OPEN 2026
THE HARLEY GALLERY, WELBECK ESTATE, NORTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
19 September 2026 — 3 January 2027

I’m thrilled to have had ‘Walk from the Camellia House’ selected for the Harley Open 2026. The Harley Gallery is on the Welbeck Estate, North Nottinghamshire and well worth a visit. The exhibition of 138 creatives brings together both established and emerging makers, and will be one of their most diverse open exhibitions to date, featuring both fine art and works made using traditional craft skills, including over 15 crafts considered endangered or critically endangered in the UK.

The show launches on Friday 18th September (launch event is free with a booked ticket) and runs until 3rd January 2027. Plus, in addition to the piece I have in the exhibition, I will also have a selection of unframed work in their very nice shop!

And a date for your diaries…

To get you into the festive mood the last weekend of November (27th and 28th) is my Festive Open Studio at the Coach House. Thanks everyone who came along to my August Open Studio weekends, it was wonderful to see so many of you – and of course thank you to everyone who bought some work.

The ‘Christmas’ do is much bigger! More fairy lights, more fizz and more cake… and will involve other fantastic makers, so there will be plenty to see.
