Launde Abbey in Rutland runs as a Christian Retreat and Conference Centre. It was founded as an Augustinian priory in 1119 and in 2019, together with 2 other artists, I held an exhibition of work made over the previous 12 months to coincide with their 900 years celebrations.

The Abbey sits in a beautiful sheltered hollow of a valley, surrounded by farmland and ancient woodland and emerges each time, almost surprisingly, as you approach over the brow of a gentle hill.
