When the Co-op Boot and Shoe factory, the Wheatsheaf Works, was built, it was the largest shoe factory in the world - I love facts like that about my home city! The Works have recently undergone a huge and seemingly sympathetic conversion into flats and houses which I thought deserved a picture!
